Leaderboard Policy

Investaplay leaderboards are designed to provide a fair and competitive experience for all players. Your Skill Score and Leaderboard Ranking are calculated automatically using verified gameplay records and our internal ranking system.

Your Skill Score is calculated based on your gameplay performance in ranked games. The calculation may consider factors such as:

Each game uses its own evaluation criteria. To protect the integrity of the competition, Investaplay does not disclose the exact formulas, scoring weights, thresholds or fraud-detection methods used to calculate Skill Scores and Leaderboard Rankings.

To become eligible for the official leaderboard, players must complete the minimum number of valid ranked games:

Until these requirements are met, your profile may be shown as Not Ranked, Provisional, or Not Yet Eligible.

You are not required to play every game available on Investaplay.

Whether you choose to play only one game or multiple games, your Skill Score and Leaderboard Ranking are calculated according to Investaplay's official ranking rules applicable to the games you play.

Players who participate in multiple games may have their overall ranking determined using our internal ranking methodology. Playing additional games does not automatically improve your ranking, and playing only one game does not prevent you from appearing on the leaderboard, provided you meet that game's eligibility requirements.

Your Skill Score and Leaderboard position may change when:

Leaderboard updates may not appear immediately after a game and can take a short time to process.

Only valid gameplay is considered for official rankings.

Investaplay may exclude, correct or remove gameplay associated with cheating, unauthorized software, match manipulation, exploitation of bugs, multiple-account abuse, artificial score generation or other violations of our Terms of Service or Fair Play Policy.

If your concern is not resolved through support, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer using the contact details published in the app and on our official website.

Skill Scores and Leaderboard Rankings are generated automatically based on verified gameplay data and Investaplay's official ranking rules. Investaplay reserves the right to review, correct or update rankings where necessary to maintain fairness, security and competitive integrity.

The official server records maintained by Investaplay shall be considered the authoritative source for ranking calculations.
