We receive only the limited authentication information provided by the selected login method and technical data necessary to operate and secure the app.
Coins are used only within the Investaplay game environment. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or converted into cash.
Coins can be earned free through gameplay, bonuses, tasks or rewarded ads. Buying additional coins through an in-app purchase is optional and is never necessary to access the app.
A normal game may require a stated number of Coins as its in-game entry cost. This is not a cash entry fee, wager or prize-competition payment.
1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy explains how Investaplay Games Private Limited ("Investaplay", "Company", "we", "us" or "our") processes personal data when a person uses Investaplay websites, mobile applications, support channels, Ludo, Quiz, Solitaire and related services (together, the "Platform").
For applicable data-protection law, Investaplay is the entity responsible for deciding why and how personal data is processed. By using the Platform, you acknowledge this Policy. Where consent is legally required, we request it separately and you may withdraw it as described below.

3. Sources of data
- Directly from you when you register, play, purchase or contact us.
- Automatically from your device and your interaction with the Platform.
- From an app store, payment processor, advertising/attribution provider or analytics provider.
- From another user only when a feature such as referral or invitation lawfully requires it.
- From fraud-prevention, security or legal authorities where permitted by law.
4. How we use personal data
- Provide accounts, gameplay, matchmaking, private rooms, rankings and customer support.
- Maintain authoritative server records for balances, purchases, eligibility, results and rewards.
- Verify age, location and competition eligibility where required.
- Calculate Skill Scores and leaderboard positions using verified gameplay records.
- Detect cheating, bots, collusion, multiple-account abuse, payment fraud and security incidents.
- Deliver rewarded or interest-based advertising when permitted and consented to.
- Send service, security and transaction notices; send marketing only where lawful.
- Comply with legal duties and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. Legal grounds and consent
Depending on the processing and applicable law, we rely on consent, performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and permitted legitimate uses such as security, fraud prevention and service improvement. Consent is specific and may be withdrawn through available settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
7. Advertising, analytics and SDKs
The Platform may use software development kits (SDKs) such as Google Firebase services, Google AdMob, Unity services and Meta advertising/measurement tools, but only where actually implemented. These services may process device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, ad events and approximate location.
Where required, we request consent before accessing an advertising identifier or delivering personalized ads. Users may manage consent in the app and may reset or limit advertising identifiers in device settings. Contextual or non-personalized ads may still be shown where permitted.
8. Game Coins and optional in-app purchases
Users may earn Coins free through ordinary gameplay, signup or daily bonuses, permitted tasks, promotions and rewarded advertisements. Users may also choose to purchase additional Coins through an authorized in-app purchase. Purchasing Coins is entirely optional and is not necessary to install the app, create an account or access free methods of obtaining Coins.
Normal Ludo, Quiz, Solitaire or other gameplay may require a disclosed number of Coins as an in-game entry cost. Such Coin use occurs only within the game environment and is not a cash entry fee, bet, wager, deposit or payment into a prize pool. Coins used for normal gameplay do not become withdrawable and are not paid to another user as money.
Purchased or free Game Coins cannot buy or convert into Competition Tickets, pay entry to a prize-bearing competition, improve a Skill Score, determine a winner or increase a real-world reward. Competition Tickets, where offered, remain separate, non-purchasable and non-transferable eligibility items earned without payment through disclosed free activities.
Purchase validation and refunds are processed subject to applicable law and the applicable app-store or payment-provider rules.
9. Gameplay, rankings and fair play
We process verified gameplay data to operate games, calculate rankings, protect competitive integrity and investigate disputes. Automated systems may flag suspicious activity; material enforcement may be reviewed using server records and available evidence. We do not use the purchase of Game Coins to improve competition ranking or reward eligibility.
10. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Account data is normally retained while the account is active. Following a valid deletion request, personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days, except where longer retention is required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, legal compliance or backup-cycle completion.
Different records may have different retention periods. De-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies a person may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, which may include encryption in transit, access controls, logging, environment separation, secure development practices, backup controls and incident response. No system is completely secure; users should protect their credentials and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
12. Children and age limits
General access is not intended for children below the minimum age stated in the applicable app-store listing and local law. Real-world promotional competitions, if offered, are restricted to persons aged 18 years or older unless official competition rules impose a higher threshold. We may request age confirmation and remove an ineligible account or entry.
A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal data contrary to this Policy may contact us for review and deletion.
13. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to a summary of your data, correction, completion, erasure, withdrawal of consent and grievance redressal. You may opt out of marketing and manage advertising choices. We may verify identity before acting and may retain data where a legal exception applies.
14. Account deletion
Users may request deletion through the in-app account-deletion function or the published deletion page. A request should include the registered identifier and information reasonably needed to verify ownership. Deletion may remove access to Game Coins, Competition Tickets, rankings and other account-linked digital records, subject to applicable law.
15. Storage and international transfers
Data may be processed on systems operated by Investaplay and its service providers in India or other permitted locations. Where data is transferred across borders, we use contractual, organizational or other safeguards required by applicable law.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal or technical changes. We will publish the effective date and provide additional notice where a change materially affects user rights or where law requires renewed consent. Continued use alone will not replace consent where fresh consent is legally required.

We will acknowledge and resolve grievances within the periods required by applicable law. Please include your registered account identifier and a clear description, but never send passwords, OTPs or complete payment-card details.

Clear rules for accounts, games, virtual items, competitions, rewards and fair play.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Investaplay Games Private Limited ("Investaplay", "Company", "we", "us" or "our") and each person who accesses our websites, applications, Ludo, Quiz, Solitaire, content, support channels and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Fair Play rules, game rules, referral rules and any official competition-specific rules displayed before entry. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
This is an electronic record under applicable Indian law and does not require a physical or digital signature.
2. Eligibility
- You must meet the minimum age in the applicable app-store listing and local law to use the general Platform.
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate in a promotion offering cash, merchandise, vouchers or anything else of real-world value, unless official rules set a higher age.
- You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must use the Platform only where lawful.
- Competition eligibility may depend on residence, geography, account standing, age verification and any additional official rules.
- Employees, contractors and closely connected persons may be excluded from specific promotions where stated.
We may request reasonable proof of age, identity, residence or eligibility before confirming a reward. General access does not guarantee eligibility for a competition.
3. Accounts and login methods
When Google Sign-In is selected, authentication is handled using the limited account information authorized through Google. When Sign in with Apple is selected, Apple may provide a unique identifier and the name or email the user chooses to share. Guest Login uses an app-generated guest identifier. Guest users may lose access to progress if the app is removed, device data is cleared or the guest account is not linked to an available persistent sign-in method.
Provide accurate information made available through the chosen login method and keep device access and credentials secure. One person may maintain only the number of accounts permitted by us. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except to the extent caused by our failure or otherwise provided by law.
You must promptly report unauthorized access. Accounts, balances, tickets, rankings and digital items cannot be sold, rented, gifted or transferred.
4. Games and server records
The Platform may provide Ludo, Quiz, Solitaire and other games. Each game may have specific controls, scoring, match requirements and eligibility rules. You must review the rules shown in the Platform.
Our validated server records are the primary operational record for gameplay events, balances, purchases, eligibility and results, subject to correction where an error is established. We may correct technical errors, duplicated credits or invalid gameplay after reasonable review.
Game availability, features and formats may change. No particular game, opponent, result, ranking or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
5. Game Coins and digital items
5.1 Closed-loop nature
"Game Coins" are limited, revocable, non-transferable digital items licensed for use only within ordinary, non-prize Platform features. They are not money, deposits, stored value, securities, investments, winnings or property capable of cash withdrawal.
5.2 Free Coins and optional purchases
Game Coins may be earned free through signup, gameplay, daily bonuses, permitted tasks, rewarded advertisements or promotions. A user may optionally purchase additional Coins through an authorized in-app purchase channel. Purchasing Coins is not compulsory, and free methods of obtaining Coins remain available as described in the Platform. The source of a Coin does not change its closed-loop nature.
5.3 Permitted in-game use
Game Coins may be used only inside the Investaplay game environment for identified entertainment features such as normal game entry, private-room creation, cosmetics, avatars, themes, hints, undo actions, reshuffles and ordinary power-ups. A disclosed Coin amount used to enter a normal game is an in-game Coin cost only; it is not a cash entry fee, deposit, bet, wager or contribution to a prize pool.
Displayed balances are not bank balances. We may set reasonable technical limits and correct unauthorized or erroneous credits. We will not expire purchased Game Coins except as permitted by applicable law and disclosed terms.
6. Competition Tickets
"Competition Tickets" are separate, non-monetary eligibility items. They cannot be purchased with money or Game Coins, sold, transferred, withdrawn, exchanged or redeemed.
Tickets may only be earned without payment through eligible activities disclosed in the Platform, such as qualifying free gameplay, permitted free tasks or rewarded advertising. A Ticket provides an opportunity to enter an eligible competition; it does not guarantee participation, ranking, winning or a reward.
Where a competition does not require a Ticket, it will nevertheless remain free-entry unless its official rules expressly state otherwise and the format has received all required legal and platform approvals.
7. Skill competitions and leaderboards
Prize-bearing promotional competitions, where offered, are structurally separate from purchased Game Coins and paid gameplay features. Purchased Coins and paid advantages are disabled and disregarded in such competitions.
Official rules published for each competition will state, as applicable: promoter and sponsor; entry period; eligible age and geography; free entry method; minimum valid gameplay; scoring and tie-breaking; prize description and quantity; verification; disqualification; result timing; delivery; taxes; complaint process; and material limitations.
Rankings may be based on verified performance measures such as results, consistency, valid history and game-specific metrics. Investaplay may keep anti-fraud formulas and security thresholds confidential, but will publish material participation and winner-selection rules.
Unless official rules say otherwise, current minimum gameplay thresholds for ranking are Ludo: 5 valid ranked matches; Quiz: 20 completed ranked attempts; and Solitaire: 10 completed ranked games. Only eligible games played by the user count toward any combined score. These thresholds may be updated prospectively in published rules.
8. Promotional and sponsor-funded rewards
Any real-world reward offered by Investaplay is funded independently by Investaplay or an identified sponsor. Rewards are not funded by participating users' entry fees, pooled stakes, Game Coin purchases or losses.
A purchase does not create eligibility, improve odds, improve Skill Score or increase a reward. Reward recipients are determined under published official rules after fair-play and eligibility checks.
Rewards may be subject to identity, age, location and tax verification. Applicable taxes and reporting will be handled as required by law and disclosed in the official rules. A reward cannot be substituted, sold or transferred unless the official rules permit it.
Investaplay does not offer betting, wagering, staking, casino gambling or user-funded real-money gaming under these Terms.
9. Referral program
A referral program may issue a disclosed promotional benefit after a genuine new user completes the required onboarding or other published action. Referral rewards are promotional and separate from gameplay results.
Self-referral, duplicate accounts, device/IP manipulation, bots, misleading promotion and paid or fraudulent installations are prohibited. We may delay, withhold or reverse a referral reward where objective fraud or eligibility checks fail. Any cash or real-world referral reward must be governed by separate published Referral Rules stating value, conditions, limits, verification and delivery.
10. Purchases, billing and refunds
Optional purchases are processed by the applicable app store or authorized payment provider. Prices, taxes and included digital items are shown before confirmation. You authorize the provider to charge the selected payment method.
Except where required by applicable law or app-store rules, completed and delivered digital-item purchases may be non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted through the payment channel required by the relevant provider. If a refund, chargeback or reversal is approved, associated unused digital items may be removed.
Report purchase discrepancies promptly with the transaction ID, date and product. Never send passwords, OTPs or complete card details.
11. Acceptable use and fair play
You must not:
- cheat, collude, manipulate matches, exploit bugs or use bots, scripts, automation, emulators or unauthorized software;
- create or control deceptive multiple accounts, fabricate identity/location or evade restrictions;
- interfere with security, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape the Platform or overload services;
- buy, sell or transfer accounts, Game Coins, Competition Tickets, rankings or rewards;
- harass others, submit unlawful content or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- conduct private wagering, side betting or prize pools through the Platform; or
- use the Platform for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity.
We may invalidate affected gameplay, rankings, entries or rewards after reasonable investigation. Enforcement should be proportionate to the conduct and available evidence.
12. Intellectual property and user content
Investaplay and its licensors own the Platform, software, designs, trademarks, content and related intellectual property. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment.
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant us a limited worldwide license to host, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support and promote the relevant Platform feature, subject to our Privacy Policy. Do not upload content you lack rights to use.
13. Advertising and third-party services
The Platform may contain advertising, links, app-store services, payment services or third-party content. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for independent third-party services, but this does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Watching a rewarded advertisement may provide a disclosed free digital benefit. It does not constitute a financial payment, deposit, wager or purchase by the user.
14. Suspension, termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, investigation, legal compliance, material breach or protection of users.
Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support. Serious fraud, security threats or unlawful conduct may require immediate action. Upon termination, the license to use the Platform ends and non-transferable digital items may cease to be available, subject to applicable law and any rights concerning paid items.
15. Service disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free software, a particular opponent, ranking, reward or outcome. Gameplay can be affected by device performance, connectivity, maintenance and third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be waived.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Investaplay's aggregate liability arising from paid services will not exceed the amount the user paid to Investaplay for the affected service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of confidentiality or privacy obligations, personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
17. User responsibility and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Investaplay for direct losses and reasonable costs arising from your intentional unlawful use, fraud, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by Investaplay or matters for which liability cannot be shifted under law.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution through the grievance process. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts of competent jurisdiction at New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
Any arbitration clause should be separately reviewed by Indian counsel before deployment and must not restrict non-waivable consumer remedies.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, technical or product reasons. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or registered contact details and will take effect on the stated date. Where law requires fresh consent, we will request it.
